SCIENCE DAYS REMAINING: 5

We completed the survey dive early this morning and Isis was recovered at 9:15. While Kay and Bram got straight on with processing the data we launched dive 92. This is a video and sampling dive across the western flank of the AVR. This has been planned to link up with a traverse of the Eastern side we have already done, providing a complete traverse from one side of the ridge to the other.

There has also been some friendly inter-scientist football rivalry today, with Portugal (Pedro) meeting Germany (Nicole) tonight in the UEFA European Championship. The rest of the science group are sitting very carefully on the fence.

A framegrab from dive 90 showing a constructional pillow wall,
with the Isis baskets and push-cores in the foreground.
